HELÊ PARIS deliver all over the world from Paris. Most our packages are delivered within 48 hours after verification of the transaction and depending on the product availability. We do not process order on the weekends.

Taxes and duties

Our office is located in Paris, FRANCE. For all orders shipped outside the European Union, the recipient is responsible for any import taxes and customs duties.

HELÊ PARIS cannot estimate the amount of customs duties you will have to pay. For more information, please contact your local customs office. HELÊ PARIS takes no responsibility for any costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Once you have received the shipment confirmation email, a tracking link will be sent to you by email.

First check that your delivery address is correct. Orders with invalid addresses may be returned to us and cause a re-delivery delay.

If the parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us : contact@heleparis.com

However, if the parcel has been delivered to the correct address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels.

HELÊ PARIS offers a 14-day return policy for exchange or refund. The fourteen calendar days begin on the day following receipt of your order.

HELÊ PARIS verifies that the returned product complies with our return policy, namely:
• The item has not been worn, altered or washed.
• The product is exactly as you received it, with its adhesive(s) and/or label(s) still attached.
• The original packaging must not be damaged when you return it, as it is part of the product.

Complete the refund procedure by following the instructions sent by e-mail following your refund request.
